How do I switch to Feníe Energía?
Switching to Feníe Energía is a quick and simple process. The first thing you need to do is select the electricity tariff for your home that best suits your consumption and needs. Once selected, you will only need to provide your personal and bank details, as well as a copy of your last electricity bill so that we can manage the change.
The changeover process does not interrupt the electricity supply to your home at any time, as it is only an administrative procedure. Once you have completed the application, you will receive an email with a link to digitally sign the contract. You do not need to send us any physical document, which speeds up the process considerably.
Feníe Energía will take care of all the necessary paperwork with your old supplier, so you won't have to worry about anything else. The changeover is usually completed within 15 to 20 days, depending on your billing cycle.
How can I change the power contracted?
The optimum power to be contracted is closely related to the electrical appliances that the customer has in the installation and their consumption habits and is also influenced by the time of year.
