What you should have in mind
The sign-up process is very simple. You can sign up online, quickly and securely. All you need is an email and mobile phone number for us to send a link to sign the contract.

We have no minimum term of contract.
At no time will you be left without electricity and/or gas. It's just an administrative change.
What data will we ask from you?
- The electricity or gas tariff you have selected
- Copy of a recent bill
- Account holder details: Scanned copy of National Identification Document For company, Tax Identification Code (CIF) and DNI/NIE of legal representative
- Mobile number and email address of contact person
- Bank details for direct debit payment
- Address if different from supply point.

How do I get a gas reading?
You should call your local distributor's phone line for readings. The distributor’s phone line is available on all your electricity and/or gas bills.
Inspección periódica de la instalación de gas
La inspección periódica de gas es una revisión de la instalación de gas natural que realiza la distribuidora.
Tiene como objetivo garantizar su correcto funcionamiento mediante la revisión de todos los elementos que la componen.
Debe ser realizada por un técnico autorizado de la distribuidora de la zona o de una empresa instaladora autorizada.
La revisión periódica de gas es de carácter obligatorio y debe realizarse cada 5 años.
¿Qué comprobaciones realizará el técnico?
Ausencia de fugas de gas en la instalación
Funcionamiento de los aparatos que utilizan gas natural
Revisión de las tuberías, contador de gas y conexiones a los aparatos que funcionan a gas
Estado de las ventilaciones y conductos de evacuación de gases provenientes de la combustión
¿Quién realiza la inspección periódica de gas natural?
Debe ser realizada por un técnico autorizado, de la distribuidora de la zona o de una empresa instaladora autorizada.
