You can contract your gas or electricity supply electronically, which makes it a fast, secure and efficient process. All you need is an email address and a mobile phone number. Through this, we will send you a link so that you can sign the contract digitally.

At Feníe Energía, we offer you both fixed and indexed home gas tariffs, so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs. In addition, you have no commitment of permanence, which means that you can change tariff or supplier without penalties.

During the change of supplier, you will never be left without gas or electricity supply, as the process is completely administrative and does not require any technical intervention.

To give your gas reading, you must contact the reading number of the gas distribution company in your area. This number appears on all your household gas and/or electricity bills.

It is important to take this reading correctly so that your billing is as accurate as possible and in line with your actual consumption. If you have any doubts, our Energy Agents can also advise you.

The periodic natural gas inspection is a compulsory inspection carried out by the distributor in your area every 5 years. Its aim is to ensure that your natural gas installation is working safely and efficiently. This inspection includes the inspection of all the elements that form part of your installation.

It must be carried out by an authorised technician, either from the distributor or from an authorised installation company.
